Anybody have this rotate problem on iOS13?

apache flex 32.0
iPhone7 on iOS13.0

my app was desinged with rotated right. and i have setting app's Orients as 
systemManager.stage.autoOrients = false;
systemManager.stage.setOrientation(StageOrientation.ROTATED_RIGHT);

when iOS system's rotation lock set to off(free rotate),  and rotated device to righte,  everything is fine

but  iOS system's rotation lock set to off(free rotate),  and don't to  rotated device,  the keyboard will be out wilding. 

this problem only happend on iOS13 device
i find same problem happend on iOS' original iMessage,

want to know this problem is on iOS side or on SDK side?
