Cairngorm 3 lib compatibility with FlexSDK 4.5.1

What Parsley/Cairngorm 3 library versions are compartible with FlexSDK 4.5.1?
As far as Parsley/Spicelib is concerned I would ask question on Spicefactory

forum but it is shutdown during last week or so. Anyone knows why?
