Flash Builder 4 installation fail

I have a different error, 25 errors actually.

The first one is pretty obvious:

ERROR: 14921 Unable to create directory "\\edm-file-2\staff\Alejandro.Moreno\..\Adobe Flash Builder 4

It's like my HOME environment is pointing to "\\edm-file-2\staff\Alejandro.Moreno\" and the installer is trying to create a directory in "\\edm-file-2\staff\". Obviously, I don't have write permissions on that network folder. How do I tell the installer to NOT write there? I looked at my actual environment variables and this folder ("\\edm-file-2\staff\Alejandro.Moreno\") is not the value of any of them.

All the other errors are about not being able to delete files or directories from my installation folder.

My OS: Windows Server 2008

Have Visual Studio 2008 installed, if that helps in any way.

Edit 2:

It's not my HOME environment. It's my PersonalFolder windows Property. I don't know if it's recommendable to change that property. Or maybe the installer can take a parameter like --personal-folder="some/other/path"?

Can you please look into folder if Microsoft_VC80_CRT_x86.msi is present or not.

if possible can you rename folder "- Software" and remove "- ". I am not sure but this could be a problem.

Can you please post the installer complete installer logs. This can be found at

C:\Program Files\Common FIles\Adobe\Installer\<some produce name>.gz

you may send me across over the mail.

I have the same problem tried run as administrator and i still get the same error.

I have the same problem with Flash Builder 4,I can't install Microsoft_VC90_ATL_x86
