How about "Flash Builder 4 Plugin for Eclipse"?

The box contains both the plugin and standalone versions. And yes, the serial key works for both.

I wanna buy a boxset version, but cannnot find it in the store...

And do the serial key of "standalone" and "plug-in" version the same?
