flash.events and flash.net library don't exist in Flex SDK 3.3.0.485

Hi Matt,

It's my fault.
It turns out that issue is due to my FB.
My FB was on version 3.0.0 but after I updated it with 3.0.2, everything works fine.

To anyone else:
Here's some steps that I did to get this to work and to make your previous AIR app works with FB 3.0.2.
1) Make sure you update your FB to 3.0.2.

2) My AIR app is not working anymore on the debugger.
In my case, this is due to the the namespace in your AIR project's AppName-app.xml is still pointing to the old version.

Instead of just changing the value, I would recommend to make a new AIR project that's going to produce the AIR project's AppName-app.xml. Then just copy the differences from the new to the old AppName-app.xml.

Can you try building with just the command-line build?  Did you clean your FB Workspace (instructions in the FB release notes)?  Confirm that playerglobal.swc is in your lib path?

And I still have that same issue.



Those 2 packages just don't exist anymore.

At first I thought that there's something wrong with my current workspace but it's not. I switch to different workspace and the issue is still there.



And it seems that there're more missing packages besides those 2 from the flash package.

Right now in SDK 3.3, flash only has errors package (flash.errors).



Please let me know if you need more info on this.

Hi FlexSDK devs,

I found something strange...



Flex SDK 3.3.0.4852 is the latest stable build but it doesn't have

these 2 packages:

- flash.events

- flash.net < http://flash.net>



I checked my SDK 3.0 (milestone build) and it does have those packages.



However those packages do appear when I enable the "Include ADOBE AIR libraries" option.



Are these packages accidentally got removed from Flex SDK 3.3.0.4852??

Or are they actually permanently got removed?
