Flex container link at runtime component

Is there a flex component that allows you to link TLF containers at runtime by dragging & dropping, in a similar way that Flash CS5 links text fields?

Or do I have to make one from scratch?

I'm not very familiar with the design view in Flex -- maybe someone else is and can comment? Or you could try posting this question on the Flex Forum.
