Flex PMD not available in FB4 preferences(simillar problem for Flex Formatter)

Hi

I am currently using Flash Builder 4,

I have copied following file to Plugins folder in FB 4 installation

com.adobe.ac.pmd.eclipse_1.0.0.v200912091712.jar

and restarted IDE.
Their is no option found for PMD in preferences, also no new icon was added

Same thing happened while using Flex formatter.

for formatter i have copied following files to plugins folder

ActionscriptInfoCollector_0.7.1.jar

FlexASDocGenCommand_0.7.1.jar

FlexPrettyPrintCommand_0.7.1.jar

but result was same.

any suggestion will be welcome.
