Robert,

Stable and versioned releases will continue to be pushed to SVN on a regular basis, however, day to day development will happen with github. There are several reasons for this and more information on all of this will be available soon. The main reason, however, is that Adobe is not in a position to be able to support this project internally at the moment. Meaning that tasks such as granting access to SVN repositories for potential contributors or bug tracking isn't on their radar right now given their release schedule and pressures.

As such we have been working with their blessing to balance the needs of the project with Adobe's concerns.

Expect to see some very detailed notes on project direction and the overall workflow very soon. We have been working hard to get these pieces together and will be there soon.

We are currently exploring ways to allow easier contributions from the

community.

Adobe does not have the infrastructure in place to allow any

significant contributions from outsiders to the projects hosted in

their svn. There for at some point we will likely take active

development off that infrastructure. We will continue to update the

repository at adobe with releases or perhaps nightly builds.

However we are looking into alternative platforms for the development

of the project including alternate forges and github.

How and where these things end up is a bit up in the air just yet.

But we are trying to make that decision now.
