How to extract information from AEM to others platforms?

I work for a multinational company and we have AEM to publish websites globally.

I need to extract information from the structure created in the site to show in one particular App developed for Android & IOS.

Somebody knows if are there one API to extract the information from AEM and use this information in another platform ?
