Are there plans to implement InlineGraphicElement.float? Currently it's in tlf_internal namespace and states to be in prototype mode. Will it make to release of TLF, which will be aligned with Flex 4.1?

There are plans. We have quite a bit implemented already, but it unfortunately will not be ready for Flex 4.1.
