Is it possible to create a menu as the one which is there in adobe.com or in some other websites using any of the flex component ?

Does anyone have created such menu using Flex SDK ?

As I read through ActionScript reference link related to MenuItemRenderer class, we can write custom MenuItemRenderer class to bring cutomized menu.  But, certainly Im not finding any useful link or an example to try it out.....  Could anyone please reply on this... Its quite urgent....
