mr Jin-Huang thanks for your time

your answer is about how to make custom convert to text flow but not to convert to rtf markup

my question is

how can i convert to rtf markup ?

If you want copy formatted text to MS Word, you need to give  MS Word rtf markup, because Word can recognize rtf markup but not tlf  markup.

However, tlf has no tlf-rtf converter for now. So if you know well about both tlf and rtf, you can convert tlf to rtf by yourself.
