Out of memory

Hi,

I am trying to open a PDF file with 48 pages and i get an error.

"There is an error while reading a stream". I tried to open the same PDF from another system and I see a different "Out of memory" error . I m downloading the file from IE11.

The PDF works fine when being downloaded from chrome. I tried to open the PDF by another PDF reader and i was able to open it successfully. I use Acrobat Reader DC latest version and Windows 7. The document is only 140 KB.

Please advice on a cause for it and a workaround/remediation to be used until it is fixed.
