PDF not opening in latest version of adobe reader(Adobe Reader 11.0.13)

Hi,

I have created the PDF using the FO tags. but not able to open the same in latest adobe reader version.

getting below error :

Adobe Reader could not open the file ***.pdf because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged ( for example it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

same is getting opened in the adobe reader version 11.0.0.
