Question

playerglobal.swc ... for molehill

I have been trying to find the playerglobal.swc without any luck since adobe released player 11 to the public. It used to be hosted on labs but is no longer there since player 11 is not a labs project anymore. Adobe hasn't released a new SDK with the new playerglobal swc so I'm stuck between a rock and hard place when trying to do anything in molehill. If anyone has a link to the player global somewhere it would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

I found out that it's not actually needed anymore.

I use FlashDevelop4 with the latest flex SDK (flex_sdk_4.5.1.21328). In FlashDevelop, you can select Flash Player 11.0 for output.

Be sure to download the latest debug player for testing, otherwise it will complain about some 3D classes missing.

You will still need to set the compiler option to "-swf-version=13"

I am testing via opening the SWF in a browser window, maybe that's also important, but I don't know as I don't have the updated player executables yet.
