Relation between HyperLink and its text

Hi everyone, I'm a very beginner at Adobe Extension, so far I develop a extension to export InDesign document to XML, I can get all hyperlinks in documents and text that mark as Hyperlink but there in no way to know which link is for which text? Any idea?
