More fallout from display object sharing optimizations.
* Fixed performance issue by batching up display object assignment into a single call from commitProperties()
* Make sure all display objects are correctly ordered in assignDisplayObjects()
* Always set x and y properties when a GraphicElement has its own displayObject.

Bugs: SDK-16800, and other unlogged mustella failures
