QE notes: The AsyncResponder.fault signature has changed to use FaultEvent instead of ErrorMessage.

Doc notes: The AsyncResponder.fault signature has changed to use FaultEvent instead of ErrorMessage. We need to update the docs to reflect this in the samples.
