Spark skins for all containers now use backgroundColor and backgroundAlpha styles instead of contentBackgroundColor and contentBackgroundAlpha. All controls (including List and NavBar/ButtonBar) continue to use contentBackgroundColor and contentBackgroundAlpha.

Add new MX ContainerBorderSkin.

QE notes: This should clear up some failures from last week. ContainerBorderSkin needs tests that are independent from BorderSkin tests.
