Fix for https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-24292. Forgot to change some logic in the ButtonBarButton that caused TabBarButtons to deselect. The clickHandler is replaced by buttonReleased to ensure we change states immediately after a user clicks on a button.

QE notes: Yes, TabBar should be fixed and can update bitmaps now.
