Text Layout Framework was donated to Apache Software Foundation

Hi friends, 

Text Layout Framework (aka TLF) was donated to Apache Software Foundation on August 17th, 2012, as part of the Apache Flex project http://incubator.apache.org/flex/. All branches of TLF code, unit test framework and samples have been uploaded to the Apache Flex's SVN server.
