is a textflow accessible for screen readers ?

Yes, it is something you need to set up. There's a Configuration property, enableAccessibility you have to set to true in order to get it. You also have to have accessibility turned on on Windows. If its turned on, flash.Capabilities.hasAccessibility will report true. Once you've done, screen readers should work automatically.
