Is there a page where we can get a current overview of what signed RSL's can be downloaded from "http://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/swz/flex/" ?Is there already an SWZ for TLF 1.1 available?

There is not yet a signed SWZ available. The contents of the frameworks\rsls directory shows what will be posted as signed SWZs.

For those looking for a 4.1 Flex SDK folder to get started, you can find it under nightly builds here: http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+4.
