Working with FlexPMD

Hi all ,

I will be thankful in anybody would help me in working with "FlexPMD" in "Flex Builder 3" without "maven" and "ant". Please help me with detailed procedure.

Thanks for responding but what i want is not that .. i am basic learner of flex and flexPMD trying to uderstand these stuff ....... what i want is how to do it in Flex Builder 3 ... please give me hints of using this FlexPMD in Flex Builder and .. some hints of using rules and designing rules
