Any problems working with InCopy internationally?

Hello all, 

I currently design a small magazine using InDesign and the editor makes edits via InCopy, naturally. We use Dropbox to sync and save files. As a freelance designer, I love to travel and work remotely.

My question:

Has anyone ever had trouble using the InDesign/InCopy workflow while being in a different country than their editor? (I've had no problems while being in different parts of the United States, of course, but I want to make sure I won't have any of those problems if I'm in Spain and my editor is in the US.)
