Best way to sync InCopy and Assignment files among 4 people

Hi all,

We are trying to figure out the best way to sync files between 4 people. Right now we are uploading and dowloading files to Teams, but this creates many copies and is quite cumbersome. With Creative Cloud Files being discontinued, does anyone have any recommendations on how the 4 of us can sync InCopy and InDesign assignment files without having to continuously upload and download? A server-like system would be great. Thanks.

Package everything into a shared Dropbox folder. Skip the assignments and export the InCopy content into a subfolder in that Dropbox folder. InCopy users can open the INDD file directly in InCopy and work that way.
