Blank control panel on InCopy

I know this is probably no use to the average InDesign user, but me and my editorial team are seeing the issue in InCopy as well. I've tried everything suggested in this thread to no avail. If anybody has any suggestions, or if a solution has since been found, I'd appreciate the help. Thanks.

    The reason it's blank is because you don't have anything in there to show. Drag a panel or two into and dock them there.
