CC-Files for Cloud-based workflow

Hello.

I have a few questions for a cloud-based workflow:

1. Is Creative-Cloud Files a good option for a cloud-based-workflow?

2. Can multiple users check-out a story at the same time? If so, how can this be avoided?

3. What happens when a user is changing a story (while being offline) and in the meantime another user makes changes in the same story? What happens if both of them sync again?

1. Dropbox or Onedrive are better options in my opinion
2. If set up properly, no.

Thank you Bob!

1. Why are these better options? I thought CC-Files could be easy to use since it gets installed automatically with InCopy. No additional accounts necessary for the editors.

2. What do I have to look out for for a proper set up? Folder-structure example attached.

Folder structure looks fine. I'm simply not a fan of CC storage. I know Dropbox and Onedrive work.

Worth noting: The ICML lock files are honored but the INDD lock files are not. Be careful with more than one InDesign user.
