Question

Change footnote text box

I need urgent help. I am trying to place a big footnote description, however it is taking way too much of the page. Even though it already following the next page with text wrap, I am not finding the option to adjust how much of the page the footnote should take. Is there anything I can do to reduce the text box space of the footnote and allow it to take more from the next page? Thank you!

The footnote formatting options are found under the "Type" menu in InCopy - note that they are based on existing character/paragraph styles which must be defined with InDesign. The size of the footnote text frame itself will be handled by the document settings in InDesign  More information here.

Additionally, even though the text box is continuing, the footnote is not adjusting. It won't change in numbers, what should I do?
