I plan to run In Copy on my laptop with 8gb of RAM

In Copy published requirements say 4gb minimum, 16gb preferred

Is anyone running In Copy with 4gb or 8 gb of RAM. If yes, how does it run

2020 should run okay with 8GB but I if you're opening huge InDesign files it could be sluggish. Forget about using 4GB; you'll be miserable.

That said, you didn't give us the rest of your system specs and processor and solid state drives will enter into it.

My guess is that you should be okay with all but very large files but don't expect miracles especially if you're running other applications at the same time.

I suggest giving the trial a test drive and seeing how it does.
