Error opening a file

My InCopy has updated to 2022 but when I try to open a file I am getting the message 'Error opening packaged file'. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting laptop and a new file was made but will still not open

What kind of file are you trying to open?

Did you try to reinstall an old version of InCopy?
