How do we zoom?

I'm working on a volume with LOTS of changes, and would like to work in a text-only-ish environment.

However, it seems the only zoomable view is Layout, which defeats the purpose.

I think I'm just missing it, but how do we zoom (or just make the type larger) in the Galley and Story views?

Window>Galley and Story Appearance. This will allow you to choose the font and size for the Story and Galley view.
