Do you mean: "How can I create a hyperlink to a PDF inside InCopy?" If so, follow these steps:

1. Highlight the text that should be linked.
2. Go to Window > Hyperlinks.
3. On the Hyperlinks panel, click the plus symbol button at the bottom.
4. In the resulting New Hyperlink dialog box, type or paste into the Destionation: URL field the full, web-ready URL to the PDF in question.
5. Click OK.

What do you mean? And what does this have to do with InCopy?
