how can I convert a pdf documenht into a hyperlink?

Do you mean: "How can I create a hyperlink to a PDF inside InCopy?" If so, follow these steps:

Highlight the text that should be linked.
Go to Window > Hyperlinks.
On the Hyperlinks panel, click the plus symbol button at the bottom.
In the resulting New Hyperlink dialog box, type or paste into the Destionation: URL field the full, web-ready URL to the PDF in question.
Click OK.
