ICMA files will not open

We are current using InDesign CC and InCopy 13.0.1. We are able to open ICML and Indd files but not ICMA files. When we double click the file, or open through File>Open, InCopy launches but no window opens. I have read many threads and tried everything that I could find, please advise.

Have you tried resetting preferences? Many of the details in my troubleshooting guide would be worth a try in InCopy:

Were the assignments created using InDesign 13.0.1? The assignment file is just a container for the .icml files. Can you try creating a brand new assignment to see if you can open it?
