Impossible d'utiliser Incopy en mode serveur

We would need more details about your server sharing links. How do ou grant access to an external user via a link to an file (Word, pdf...). I use SharePoint and allow temporary access to external users.

I create a new library for each production, I add the external user in m list of contacts (Admin access required) or simply share the library with the external user. 

The external user must create a sync shortcut to the library on their system, so the ‘have a copy’ of the file to work on. Usually that works ok. But I recommend some training for exernal users as they have the power to do some serious damage to your files.
