Incopy and Indesign won't remember new window size and position

Hello!

Is there any solution that makes Adobe Incopy and Indesign Creative Cloud 2017 applications remember the new window size and position? After every restart, I have to resize my window and it is really annoying. I tried reinstallation, deleted AppData Local and Roaming folders and let that Adobe programs create them again, I tried to find registry setting, but nothing worked. Is this the way it works?
