Incopy assignments on multipage documents

What is best and easiest practice to prepare my document INDD file for Incopy?

 

I normally work on multipage documents on quite a technical magazine with my text boxes and frames etc. Do I have to manually add every box I want to create an assignment for?

This would be very time consuming on a 10 page document.

I hope I am missing something

 

Any advice greatly appreciated

    Don't bother with an assignment. From the Edit menu, choose InCopy, then Export and then All Stories.
