InCopy - bedingter Text nicht auswählbar

Wenn ich in ein Aufgaben-Paket einen bedingten Text erstellen will, dann graut er mir "neue Bedingung" aus.
Wenn ich es bei einem neuen InCopy Dokument mache, dann funktioniert alles wie gehabt.

Woran kann das liegen?
