InCopy Corrupt file

We are having issues with InCopy files corrupting and not opening on either InCopy 2020 or InDesign 2020. 
We have tried various solutions posted to these boards, and tried to use textedit to pull out the content of the files to no avail. 

Does anyone know where we can send documents to, to see if the files can potentially be saved?
