InCopy crashing CC 2023 using Mac OS Ventura 13.1

I finally upgraded to Ventura 13.1 and almost immediately began experiencing system-wide issues. The most aggravating is the fact that after I open an InCopy document and complete ONE document, the app crashes. I have to constantly quit and reopen the app for EACH document, and in my line of work, that means a LOT of extra steps to accomplish what has been to this point an easy process.

Has anyone experienced this? I could use some help since I can't find any other references online to this problem.
