Incopy crushed

Hi my Incopy crushed and all work lost. I don't understand how the file that was saved few hours ago, content has disappeared after crushing?

Please help

Sorry to hear about that. Was it an InDesign (.indd) file which you opened in InCopy? Where is the file saved?
