InCopy File Name Discrepancy

When I import an InCopy document into InDesign, sometimes it shows up in the assignments panel with the file name ("City Hall"), but sometimes it shows up with the InCopy template name ("1 Col Story") from which it was created.

It's not ideal, more irritating than anything else, but I'm not sure how to fix it or tell others how to fix it...

Ideas??

You can check the file out after placing it and rename it. Note that this will not effect the actual ICML file name, just the reference in the assignments panel.
