InCopy: Layout view does not show runover text

Since the updating to InCopy CC 2015, I can no longer view past the first page of a document in layout view. (Previously, the icon in the bottom right of the page would be a red box with a white arrow, indicating runover; not the plus sign one usually sees in InDesign runover.)

Does anyone know of a fix? Or is the new behavior of InCopy CC 2015?
