Incopy navigating buttons...

Hi,

When I have set Incopy to open in Layout View as default I can't use the navigation buttons in the bottom of the programme; change page, next spread, previous spread etc. The buttons are grayed out...

I have to toggle between Galley View and Layout View to activate the buttons...

Any ideas?

Did you do factory reset of your InCopy?  https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/setting-preferences.html ( Start InDesign/InCopy, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files )

Can you give through somе filesharing service example of your file?

    Hi George,

The problem has exsisted for us the last couple of years in Incopy, both Mac- and Windows-version.

We run Incopy on RDP and every "clean" installation has the issue.

You are need to contact with Adobe Support Chat and create a ticket.

There is no such a bug on my desktop (usual Win11, not a RDP).
