Incopy not syncing with InDesign

Some of my changes in InCopy are not showing up when the designer open the file in InDesign. Any suggestions for what can be done to sync up InDesign and InCopy properly?

    We need more info on your workflow. Where are the files stored? How are they being shared?

    They are stored in Cloud Storage  “Suite” the file is like 9MB

    Which cloud storage? Are Smart Sync type of features turned off so all files are fully synced to the local harddrive?
