InCopy Panels and Toolbars messing up

So everytime I open Incopy it gets worse. The panels on the left keep getting larger and there's no grab bar showing up to pull them back when. The toolbars on the top and bottom are now blank. I am running v 15.1 on a brand new machine. I did have the newest version installed originally but it was doing the same so I uninstalled and installed a previous version hoping it would be better. It was for a day. Anyone have this issue and know how to fix it?
