InCopy sticky notes

Is there an option to block or unblock sticky notes in InCopy?

One of our user is saying that he cant copy the text/ comments in the sticky notes in the article made by the translator? i thought that the translator might have locked the comments to be copied.

Hi,

Can you confirm the version of the software and the operating system you are using?

Were the notes added directly in by translator or as a result of refreshing link to external file?

A screenshot would help if you can.
