Installed Adobe Fonts not available in InCopy

Good Morning,

We are using InCopy in a team workflow. We all installed the Fonts we need over Adobe Fonts by activating them (Source Sans Pro). Everybody can see them avtivated in the in Creative Cloud desktop app, but in InCopy

a) one colleague is not able to use one style of Source Sans Pro. The light style is not available.

b) and another team member can not use / see the whole family. 

Does anybody has an idea, why that happens?
