Interactive objects disappear when InCopy users edit files

We have created a document that has pages that use checkboxes so that users can check off items in Acrobat when they are reading the document. All the checkboxes are added through the interactive tools in InDesign, but every time the document is opened and edited by the subject matter expert in InCopy, all the checkboxes disappear and we have to go back in to inDesign and add them every single time. Is there a fix for this?

    Give the sample of you indd with one page. Someone of us will check it this on his PC and will or won't affirm your bug.
