How about some details? What version of InCopy? What operating system? What are you doing when this happens?

Hi Bob,

 

InCopy version is InCopy CC (64bit) and it is connected in the cloud using Windows 10. The user is trying to save usng the "Save article version" option.

What exact version of InCopy and what exact build of Windows 10?

I am unfamiliar "save article version" Is that translated from a non-English version?
